Kathy Le Sant

Kathy Le Sant is a Paris-based visual artist and makeup artist whose work exists at the intersection of fashion, art, and image-making. Alongside a long-standing career in the fashion industry, she has collaborated with leading photographers such as Juergen Teller, Peter Beard and Deborah Turbeville. Publications and fashion houses including Vogue, Purple magazine, and Courrèges. Working across painting, drawing, photography, video, and makeup, her practice explores a dreamlike and poetic reinterpretation of the ego through self portraits and everyday life through texture, color and emotion. Based in Paris, her work moves fluidly between contemporary art and fashion imagery, creating worlds that feel both intimate and cinematic.
